Basic Policy

Kyo Roman Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “the Company”) believes that protecting personal information, especially that of ourcustomers, is extremely important, and that it is both essential to our business activities and a social responsibility.
When handling personal information, the Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter, “APPI”) and other relevant laws and regulations, and take necessary and appropriate protection measures within a reasonable extent.
The Company may revise the contents of the Privacy Policy. In such cases, all revisions will be made public on this website.

Definition of Personal Information

Personal information is defined in Article 2, Section 1 of the APPI as “information about a living individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, or other description contained in such information (including such information as will allow easy reference to other information and will thereby enable the identification of the specific individual).” The Company handles the personal information defined in this way that it acquires through its operations as described below.

Purposes of Use for Personal Information

The purposes of use for personal information by the Company are as follows.

Management of Personal Information

The Company will rigorously manage the personal information it has obtained, taking necessary and appropriate measures to prevent loss, destruction, leaking, or tampering, etc., within a reasonable extent.

Disclosure and Provision to Third Parties

The Company shall not disclose or provide personal information to any third party, with the exception of the following cases.
